So, should any of you need to get my attention on a particular post, don't just forward the post to me; instead, at the beginning of the subject line of the forwarded post, in front of the "FW:" type in something like, "Mark! This is (name), Please Read This!" or something like that; okay? Otherwise the forwarded message may be buried in a long thread and I will not see it as the only way I can reliably stay on top of my email Inbox is to view messages in threads, not as separate email messages.
