My guess is the speakers on the 11 Pro Max are better and perhaps louder than the 11, simply because the phone is bigger and there's more separation between left and right, if the phone is held sideways that is. The speakers might sound better than those on the 11 or 11 Pro, not sure on that since I haven't heard them to compare. I've been using YouTube to look up things like this. Though audio from a video recording can be tricky and hard to judge depending on how the person has their mike positioned, it is an option.
