I have one called Timer+. It’s totally accessible. The paid version is $2.50, and is supposed to remove ads, but voiceover doesn’t detect the ads anyway. The only drawback, if it’s important to you, is that you can’t create shortcuts to keep individual timers. But you can run them from within the app with no problem.
