Yep. I can confirm this bug. I have change volume with volume buttons set to off and I manually change volume to 50%. However, suddenly it automatically set itself to 0%. I have performed a factory reset of my XR but it did not solve this issue. So, this is actually a bug. This is a bit annoying, so I hope it will be fixed in the next update of iOS 14.
