The short answer is yes, but the process is a bit combersome. If there’s an easier way to delete a song I don’t know what it is. But here are the steps.
While in your library tab on the phone, start the song playing. On the now playing screen you should find a “more” button. Double tap it. On the next screen, one of the options is remove. Once you double tap on remove you will be told that the song has been downloaded to your phone and asked if you want to delete the song from your phone or remove it from your library altogether.
