I never use Siri to open any of my apps, because Siri can't close any app. If I have to swipe to get into the app switcher to close an app, then I can certainly use a finger to get to my preferred app. Carolyn your home screen looks a lot like mine. I don't know why having face time show up on page 2 annoys you. I don't even use what is on page 1 on my phone like weather and stuff like that. I know on what page to go to get to a certain app, so I can get around my iPhone easily enough.
