I just upgraded my Verizon phone plan. I can get 5 gigs worth of data, and unlimited talk and texts for only $25 per month. Its great. I had no issues changing my plan. I just followed the automatic prompts from the automated system. I then contacted customer service and spoke with someone who helped me understand what I had changed to. If I wanted unlimited data, I could get that for only $50 per month. Five gigs of data is enough for me.
