I have Jaws on my computer and personally, I don't have a problem with it at all. Can you change the pitch in typing mode in settings because I didn't find that anywhere. I decided to go with Tom. That voice sounds more human than some of the rest. At least if I get tired of it, I can change it to something different and glad to have that option.
