Hi Don, I just successfully moved a file from the root drive to a folder. Here is what I did:
1. Place focus on the file you want to move. 2. Flick up to drag and double tap 3. Place focus on the folder you want it to go into but don't double tap on it. 4. Flick down to drop on folder and double tap. 5. There will be a dialog box that pops up asking you if you want to move this message. Swipe right and double tap on move.
