So Esther, don't leave those of us who have been following this thread hanging. 
Did Apple Accessibility help you edit the information on your existing card or 
did you have to delete it and reenter the updated card as Arnold suggested?

Maybe I'm getting old, but I recently received new credit card info with a pin 
and all.  I've been able to make purchases at store locations, but I'm having 
difficulty adding it to my ID information.  The last time I did this was four 
years ago, and I thought I was doing it correctly, but it keeps giving me Apple 
Pay instead of my card.  Should I delete the whole thing and start over, or
