I was skeptical about the Apple Accessibility guy; however, help in the past has been stellar. I'm just thankful that Wayne's idea was a solution. The Apple guy even was smart enough to tell me it could take a few days, since I'd been using Low Power Mode. He's just not quite as sharp as Wayne, that's all. I trust most of the others are better, as they have been in the past.
