I have the I phone 8 and mine says sounds and hapticks. Have you tried re buting the phone? That might make the vibrate on ring option come back. From Mich.

I have the latest version of IOS so you go to settings, go to sounds. The first thing you come to as you swipe to the right is vibrate and to the right of that, it says vibrate on ring. If you want that selected, double tap on that. I have the IOS 6S plus.
