HI holly, That is what i was saying is that weather gods did not give me a lightning alert. I will have to give this weather app from the weather channel a try to see if it notifies me of when lightning strikes near me. Caret weather is the only one that I have found to do this. Weather radio used to but I don’t think it does anymore. You had to buy something like an in-app purchase to get it to work. I just don’t think it offers that any longer.
Caret weather has different tiers that you can subscribe to, but tier 3 is the only one that does lightning alerts. I hope that this other weather app works.
