You have to find the button called "Hold and Accept" which would be near the
bottom of the screen when a second call is coming in.
If you use a wired headset you can simply press the middle button of the remote
to switch to the new call.
If I don't use a headset I dfirst tell the caller I am talking to that I have
another call coming in and could he please hold on for a moment. Then I take
the phone away from my face and give it a second so it switches to speakerphone.
I then touch near th ebottom of the screen until I find any of the buttons like
End and Accept which would end the current call and pick up the new call, from
there I flick right until I get to Hold and Accept. It is useful if you are
with 2 friends or relatives to practice this, if you have a landline you could
first call yourself from the landline and pick up the call, then ask just 1
other person to call you as well. Then you have as long as you have until yoru
voice mail kicks in to check the screen, if you have a sighted person around
you could even ask them to tell you where the buttons are, e.g. bottom left,
bottom right etc.

Best regards,
Sieghard

Subject: Answering a call while on call and not losing first call.

Can anyone tell me the trick to, first managing to answer a call, when on one,
and also not lose the first one in order to answer the second one?

Thanks.
