I’ve dealt with all kinds of customer representatives from AT&T, Apple, Apple disability, Microsoft accessibility, even one plus, my wife’s phone. They all have customer representatives who are excellence and those Who border on the intellectually challenged or those with a very heavy foreign accent. It was very difficult dealing with one plus being that my wife is completely on knowledgeable about android and I don’t know or have it figured out how to turn on talkback on her phone. It took more than a week back-and-forth with the company trying to get them to take the phone to repair it.I think that Iam going to have to buy a cheap android phone just to learn how to use talk back So that I can help my wife. .
