Hi Kay,

If you are using a Bluetooth headset try calling without it.
If you have already reset the network, done reboot and still the issue
persist.
Also if you're using Wi-Fi calling make sure that you're getting proper
connectivity.
Then you'll have to get a new SIM card to get this issue sorted.
