Hi Mary, I am not totally sure how I have done this in the past, but I know I have.
Try double tapping on your name in the app, and then again on "Your Orders". Then double tap on the date of your order and try the tip button there. Sorry if this is where you are already trying this, but I think our last order was too long ago to try to see if it would let me adjust the tip. I just had a great shopping experience, and I would like to raise my tip. I always leave a tip, but in this case, I’d like to raise it, and I can’t figure out how to do that. If I double tap on the tip amount, which is supposed to be a button, nothing happens. If I wait until after the stuff is delivered, and then I get to rate the shopper, there is nowhere on that screen or any other one that I have found, where I can raise or for that matter lower, the tip.
