At the top of the settings screen, type shake in the search box and it will take you to the shake to undo setting where you can turn that off. Raise to wake is in the Display and Brightness settings.

Hi all, If I move my SE 2020 around, like dropping it in to my shirt pocket, it does things. For example, if I have the native email client open and I move the phone around or drop it in to my pocket, I hear VO say: alert, undo trash. I am hoping that this feature can be turned off.
