That is also what I have and I’m in Canada also. I have 4 tabs on the bottom, the “Player” tab is gone.

My selections are significantly different. I did only have four tabs at the bottom for sometime but in the last week or so I went back to having five: home, library, player, discover and profile. I do still have the cloud and device buttons at the top. I have my apps set to automatically update and my other apps are up to date.. I did just go look a few minutes ago (but unwisely went to check several other options before writing), think it said this is version 3.24.1.
