Rotor annoys snot out of me, when it gets on Speech Rate. I get speech back where I want it, then move Rotor back to character, but eventually, it will creep back.

I suspect that some of these issues have to do with going from a high version of iOS 12 to 13. when I’m simply trying to edit a message in Mail for instance it’s giving me all kinds of things I’m not asking for like a way to insert something or text format when all I’m trying to do is to go back character by character after setting it on character. I seem to be but being bounced around quite a bit. there must be some thing that I’m activating that I’m not aware of. At any rate, why when I do not have these items selected in the roter in settings are they still appearing in the roter or within given apps such as mail? I don’t appreciate not having a definite choice in the matter! Note that Exclamation Mark. I’m trying to be funny but really I find this annoying.
