I have signed up with uber eats. It asked me for my phone number and I
discovered it didn't want our landline but a number it could text to. Ok, so
I gave it our cell number and it sent the 4-digit code which I entered-well
and good. However the trouble comes now. When I launch the app on my iphone
7 or ipad, it wants my cell number every time and wants to send a new code.
The inconvenience  comes because of this. The device I received the code on
is not the device I intend to order on. My iphone is not hooked to a cell
account and we are using a blindshell phone as our cell phone now and it
doesn't support apps. The desktop interface seems to work ok but I haven't
delved much into the guts of it yet. Am I doing something wrong?
