I'd go with what Apple said. Skip that step and stick with your own Apple info. Then deal with switching to her ID in the App Store later.

And is the battery in this phone as big as the one in the 10 XR or does it last longer then the one in the 10 XR? I have no idea since I never had an XR. You could look up the specs on each and see. And I think that this new phone has A home button as well so does it use touch ID like the 7 and the sixes used to and even the eights? Yes, and I find the touch ID much faster, but that could be the difference in the A13 chip. Also if you use the camera for things like reading bard codes with seeing AI or for voice dream scanner how well does it work for that as well? It works great!
