Greetings, I hope you won’t mind this simple suggestion from a list member who has used Zoom for a long time. If you have already scheduled the meeting, it would be good for list members to see the invitation a couple of times in advance of the actual meeting. For example, I’ll be on a Zoom meeting tonight with alumni from the school I attended. The invitation went out last night, and will be reposted today. Only seeing the invitation a short time before any event doesn’t give some adequate time to prepare to attend. Just a thought.
