Hello Larry, I understand what you are saying and would agree if we were conversing about this prior to 2016 when manufacturers were to start making TVs accessible to the blind. So this is a high end TV that my Husband and I purchased around Thanksgiving. The voice guidance (VG) is a poor quality particularly compared to the Amazon Elements TV that was released in Summer of 2016. For me the most frustrating thing is how much louder the VG is then the regular TV volumeI think manufactures need to be held accountable to providing a positive user experience including those customers with disabilities. If your thinking was applied, then we should not have expectations of Apple iPhones, JAWS, NVDEA, and Android. Samsung knows how to build in good accessibility to their phones, therefore they need to step up to the plate and provide those of us who are blind with a equally pleasant user experience as our sighted counter parts receive.
