I did a search on AppleVis for Bible trivia and got the following results. Bible Trivia Quiz (free): https://www.applevis.com/apps/ios/education/bible-trivia-quiz-no-ads-bible-study The other result was a game from 2013 and the page was not working. Honestly, the quiz entry was from 2017 and looked pretty good. I haven't played the game but give it a shot. The free was a notation of the price, not part of the name.
