For those looking for a Dark Sky replacement, might I suggest Weather Gods. I don't get to the minute rain forecasts on Weather Gods, but everything else is much better and more concise, IMO, than Dark Sky. I believe Weather Gods is $4.99 in the US app store, but could be wrong. I haven't regretted the purchase.
