On the second point about SMS, you may want to connect to
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> because that sounds
like a minor bug to me.

As for the phone call issue, are you using headphones?
I’ve not experienced that on my SE running 13.4.

Subject: Making calls and SMS question.

Hello,

I hope I find you all well in these anxious times.

I have noticed a couple of things with my iPhone XR running IOS 13.4.

Firstly, when the phone has been in use for some time when I make a call it is
some time before I hear anything my end. Sometimes the other person as
answered and while they can hear me I cannot hear them. Restarting the device
solves the issue.

I have tried resetting Network Settings but the issue persists.

The second issue is not a problem but interesting. No matter who I send an SMS
to my phone always says sending via iMessage even though the recipient is not
an iPhone user.

Any thoughts welcome.

Stay safe!

Malcolm
