We have the phone set to lock after 3 minutes. However often it will not lock at all. If my wife doesn’t notice it is not locked it will run down the battery. I would like to reset the phone and do a restore. Should I restore from iCloud or an iTunes backup from my Mac? Thanks, as always for any advice.
