I almost always use the dictation feature in the message app. As you say,
it is much more reliable than Siri and you can go back and edit the text. if
you make a mistake using Siri, you can tell her to change it but you have
to start from scratch. You can't just change a word or two.
So, unless I am just sending a short one or two word text, Siri is on the
back burner.
