Hi Ann yes dizney plus with voice over is accessible how ever the app does need a bit of work forinstince it is kidn of hard to find the audio description settingand the websight where accessibillidey is consurned realy needs work. You ned to tern off some stuff on he dizney plus app so that vo isn’t jumping all around. It can be dun but it is a bit of a pane jmo. From Mich.
