The app I use and that I think may have been mentioned here before is called Pro Football Radio and Live Scores, and costs $0.99 in the App Store. It recently got an update to help address the buffering issue. I have noticed that not all listed stations carry the games too, but usually one of the opponent's stations carries it so that's not a big deal for me. At least someone carries it, :)
