Now I'm not so sure because I had forgotten the person who uses the antenna doesnt' even live here, but over in Indiana. Besides, KET does provide description, as stated earlier, for Downtonw Abbey, but not for this show, so it's not that we don't get it in some instances. So I do think it is the PBS affiliate's doing.
