There is a toggle switch for this in settings, and I would recommend checking to make sure yours is turned on. In settings, double tap your name. As you swipe you will come to family sharing. If you double tap that, then you will see a toggle switch in there to share purchases. Make sure yours is turned on. Hope this helps.
