On a windows 10 computer, you have to go into settings, Vision, and make sure audio description is turned on. I don't know why it is under Vision.

if you’re trying it on your computer, I’m not really sure it just worked on my computer because I have used audio description from other websites before and it just worked. I’m not really sure about that
