We hooked up the cord as specified in their instructions and 24 hours or so later, when we called, they said it was all done and everything had been transferred over. They also said that Verizon is a b**** with transferring iPhones to a different carrier. My frined had issues too, but not like this…one issue with being a techno idiot, LOL!

I have transferred phones to different carriers and didn’t have to reset the phone. If you lost information, it looks like they reset your phone before the transfer. Typically, it’s just a matter of turning off the phone and inserting a new Sim card. If your iCloud back up was up to date, you can possibly go back to the state where it was before the transfer and recover your information onto this device.
