Yes. First open messenger. Next swipe left until you find settings and then double tap. Next swipe until you find people and then double tap. Next swipe left or right until you find blocked and then double tap. Next find the add someone button and then double tap. Next find the person that you want to block by searching for them using the search box. Finally after you have selected the person that you want to block, choose block on messenger and then choose block on the confirmation screen to confirm the block.
