Really hope they fix soon! Their support page was interesting, in that there was provision to submit a file or attachment, but could only write in the description field, which I thought initially would have been like the subject field, but whatever. I also submitted rating and review to the App Store, and sent a Twitter DM. Would be good if others did likewise.
