I do everything from iCloud these days. However, Dropbox works well once you've given VDR access. I used to import zips created with 7zip regularly with no trouble. The zip should only contain mp3s which Voice Dream will treat as separate headings in a book. Keep in mind that sometimes, it takes a little while for the indexing to happen so give it a good 30 seconds after the download completes to complete that and it should show up as a new book.
