Hi Carolyn, What I do when I pair my ages I actually put them on. See if that makes a difference. I also make sure that before they pay up, I see that the hearing aids are listed. It should say something like MFI hearing aids not connected. I know when my aids are paired, I see my name and then they are paired. But again, try putting them on and see if that makes a difference.
