Actually, I have done what you did from time to time, and if I had to, I would have again. I receive about 500 messages per day from various Email lists, and I find it much more efficient to process them on the PC. I do have a Gmail address that I do not normally give out, and I have my phone set to get Email from that address when the need arises. Andy
