This may be a stupid question but why not simply take a photograph of the original page and print that without doing any OCR? I do agree with you that Voice Dream Scanner is an excellent app. If someone wanted to use it as a standalone app without Reader or Writer could they purchase and use the additional high quality voices just with the scanner alone?
