Hi Anthony, You can reorder a playlist by double-tapping the Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen containing that playlist. Then use the Reorder buttons next to the tracks. There might be a shortcut for combining playlists; check in the Gallery section of the Shortcuts app. All things considered, though, it will be easier to do the editing on your computer an then sync the playlists to your phone.
