Hi Everyone, I wanted to give y'all a little update on what's happening with Astreos. Thanks to the beta testers, we've identified a bunch of issues, mainly pertaining to iphone 5s and 6 users, which we are addressing now and fixing, as well as putting hundreds of megabytes of content about every object in the sky. I have personally looked over assembling every satellite and mission launches to date, which totals 8800, and made sure relevant information, outside of location in the sky, is accessible. I am seeing the Astrophysics faculty in a few days to discuss what a real Astronomer would consider critical information, and useful tools for their studies, to make sure we get the best experience for the app. Considering that we also have a sighted beta tester base, we are changing some controls to make the experience more of a sandbox universe one, where you can zoom at intervals between all locations to adjust either sight or sound levels when approaching objects in the skies. There are a bunch of other things I am working on, but do expect an update pretty soon, with all the info on objects available through VO.
