Hi Bill,
It is easy to find somebody's email simply by pressing
Shift+Tab a few times when the message is open until you
get to the "From" field. I did this in your message and
after pressing Control+A and then Control+C, here is what
I get if I paste the content of the clipboard:
'Bill Gallik' via VIPhone <
[email protected]>
Yours is another example where your email is not part of
that address, here is an example from a message Donna
posted:
[email protected]; on
behalf of; Donna <
[email protected]>
As you can see this "From" field contains the "on behalf
of" followed by the person's email address. I don't know
what those of you where the address doesn't show up do
differently, but even if you reply to the email the
address is simply not there, here is the header when I
press Control+R to reply to your email:

Only the Viphone email is given, if I wanted to reply
directly to you I have no way of doing so whereas with
Donna's and most other posts I can just go into the From
field, put the Jaws cursor on their email, right click or
press Shift+F10 and select copy, this will copy only their
email address to the clipboard not the entire line which I
pasted above and selected with Control+A.

I’ve noticed a couple messages on this list commenting
that, when someone wants to reply directly to the sender
of a specific e-mail message, they can’t find that
person’s address. Here’s a somewhat clumsy “work around."
First, reply to the message in question.
Then, locate the “Originator Line” and you should find
that the e-mail address of the person sending the message
to which you wish to reply is listed. Copy that direct
e-mail address, go back to the “To” field - deleting the
list address and paste the sender’s address there instead.
NOTE: The above tip presumes a degree of proficiency with
selecting, copying and pasting text. If you are
interested in using the tip but are uncomfortable with
