Have you tried to reset the network settings? Theres another thing to try, shut the phone down and reboot holding the home button and thebutton at the top of the phone. I forgot what the mode that puts the phone in I was going to say that is dfu mode but, I don’t think that is the mode the phone is in. I wish I could be more help to you.
