Hello Turab, Based on your description of the problem, I would suspect that it is the result of low free disk space.
So, try deleting some apps and/or their related data. It is possible that your problem is the result of poor battery function. This is to say, it may be time to get a new battery for your device. If possible, take your phone into an Apple Store and have them examine your battery.
