Hello Sieghard, I prefer to write my reviews in MS Word, on the PC or Pages, on the Mac and then copy and paste the text into the iTunes desktop app review edit field.
This not only allows me a more comprehensive editing experience but, permits me to review the iOS bug report steps, if any, in real-time, as I type.
