Scrivener is accessible on the mac and the i devices. I’d reccommend reading Scrivener for Dummies, though, to get a feeling for Scrivener. I haven’t yet found any tutorials for scrivener from a blindness perspective, unfortuantely. I can’t speak about the other apps you cite..
