I'll add to what Richard has already said that if the particular screen happens to have a bottomline menu bar, placing focus on the leftmost button on that bar and swiping left once will usually jump you to the next element at the bottom of the pages. Otherwise, the 4-finger tap near the bottom of the screen as Richard said is the other alternative.
