Hi, Absolutely. You can use iTunes for Windows to use the Apple Music streaming service. To clarify, Apple Music is available on iOS and tvOS from right within the respective music app, Android via a dedicated Apple Music app available from the Google Play Store, and finally Mac and PC using iTunes on the respective platform(s).
